The Municipal District of Foothills No. 31 has registered a tax recovery notice on each of the following parcels of land.  If tax arrears are not paid on/before the tax sale date, the Municipality will offer the tax recovery properties for sale at a public auction. Sale date is normally the first Wednesday in December of each year.

 Each parcel will have a reserve bid as close as reasonably possible to the market value, as determined by the chief municipal assessor.
