Development Appeal Board Hearings

At each hearing the Development Appeal Board will hear from the Appellants, and Applicants, from any person served with notice of the hearing who wishes to be heard, and from any other person who claims to be affected by the proposed development AND whom the Board agrees to hear.

Any person intending to bring a written submission to the hearing should have EIGHT signed copies of same available at the commencement of the hearing for the Board.  No comments via telephone will be considered by the Board.

The file for each application noted above may be inspected in the Municipal Office in High River during regular office hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.  Please contact or Heather McInnes or Logan Cox of the Development Department should you have any questions.

The following permits have been approved subject to certain conditions and subject to an appeal period. Pursuant to Section 685 (2) of the Municipal Government Act, a person affected by these decisions has a right of appeal.  The appeal deadline is August 2, 2017 at 4:30pm.
